Ah Summertime! One of our family's most favorite time of year! We get to play outside, the days are long and the Carnival is here! The Greeley Independence Stampede to be specific. To the kids this means the carnival, but to us it also means a rodeo, concerts and all that weird food you never eat anywhere else! Deep fried Twinkies? I mean seriously who came up with that?
