In My (Work) Neighborhood Tuesday ~Things that make you say “Awwww”

In my work neighborhood we have what I loving refer to as our '”backyard”.  When you step out of our backdoor at the bus garage, you are looking out at a large blank field with train tracks running across them.  Every spring a Mommy Fox returns to a den she has there and gives birth to her babies.  These pictures are from a spring when we caught Mommy Fox and her babies on camera.

Here is mommy fox, you can see her den there and how close she is to the train tracks!  Thankfully, the tracks are used very infrequently!

This year she had 2 pups.  Some years there are up to 5!

Not many people have the opportunity to see foxes in their very own back yard. What a treat!
