Where In The World Wednesday ~My Own Backyard

So last week, Ginny Marie asked what was outside our own door, and is it an an oasis or an eyesore! Our answer is that yes, our backyard is probably on the eyesore side, but when you are a kid do you care??

Our backyard is big enough to have a brand new swing set from Sears:

It is big enough to have room for a kiddy pool: (Where you can shoot your Mom with a squirt gun)

It’s big enough to ride your mini bike in when you are 2

And it is big enough to have friends over for a Memorial Day BBQ, who take pictures of you (with you camera no less!)

I would love to see what is in your backyard!! Anyone??

Jump over to Lemon Drop Pie and tell us!

I agree with you...when you're a kid, all you want is a place to play and have fun! And your kids are definitely having fun! I'm jealous of your new swingset!

I finally have my post and the linky up...I'll be more prompt next week, I promise! ;)

You have a fun space! I will have to break out the kiddie pool soon as we cut the grass too!

I think my backyard has bikes for kids and a deck and that is pretty much it for now!

Your backyard looks like a lot of fun! Mine is a mess so I posted about a fun place close to home that we enjoy spending time.

So glad to hear my back yard isn't the only one that suffers. We live across the street from a fancy new subdivision where they have these perfectly kept lawns. I am sure they all hate us as our yard is very large. We have an old shed that is falling apart. Roof, has only a few shingles on one side, window fell out the back, front door fell off, you get the idea. Then we have the mulch pile, dirt pile out front that were for projects but we have leftovers. I truly am embarrassed half the time but we still enjoy our big back yard.
