Wordless Wednesday –18 Degrees!

December 2004 4

As I sit here typing, the temperature reads –18 degrees, with a wind chill factor of –31!  It reminded me of the same scenario 5 years ago when my daughter was just 8 months old.  This picture always makes me think of the movie A Christmas Story when the kids are so bundled up in their winter gear they can hardly move!  That is how my kids will be bundled up again today!

Burr! I am cold here, and it's only getting down to 32 degrees at night (it is Phoenix, Arizona though, so we, ok I, tend to be a wimp when it comes to cold weather)... =)

Great picture... when my oldest was a toddler, I dressed her in a snow suit, took her out to play to burn off a little energy. She was so bundled up she topped over like a rollie pollie doll.

Yikes! Now I feel bad for complaining!

I'm ready to move south. Do those people know how much we envy them?
